 GLASS BEAD TYPE(REFLECTIVE TAPE) |

Glass beads are the main material to make the products reflective tape.
The basic color is silver used for the certified workwear and other 24 colors are provided for the fashionable sports apparels.
The products are classified by two types, reflective fabric(sew-on) and reflective film(heat-seal), according to the application. |

| MICROPRISM TYPE(REFLECTIVE TAPE) |
|
The main source of reflective material is the micro-prism which has cube corners making an incoming beam of light back. PVC film is normally used for the micro-prismatic products but PU film is specially required for the reflective material which are to be free from PVC and should stand the cold weather outside.

- PATCHES, RIBBON, PIPING & NOVELTY ITEMS
Reflective application made from GIO-LITE fabric or heat-seal film are used for the garments by patches, ribbon, piping. They are used in the fabrication of safety clothing for the construction or emergency service markets or sometimes directly heat-applied by the plotted or printed logos.

| THERMO HEAT TRANSFER FILM |
|
| Non-reflective heat trasnfer films made with PVC, PU or Viscose Rayon are cut by plotter after the graphics are designed by the illustrator program. When the letters or logos are made with GIO-FLEX film are transferred onto the team uniforms or T-shirts, the value of the garments are completed with a characteristic. |

| Seamless welding material is a new trend of the market for outdoor sportswear and fashion garment. Various type of material is provided by hotmelt glue film, polyurethane flex foil and different colors of reflective film. |
